 As the Chief Executive Officer of Dignitas, Michael Prindiville is responsible for overseeing the business operations, team management and acquisitions and investments for the iconic 15-year old esports organization under Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment’s dynamic portfolio of global sports and entertainment properties.  With over 10 + years serving as a senior leader and operator in the sports, esports and media industry, Prindiville has established himself as an innovator and visionary.

Under Prindiville’s tenure, Dignitas has rebranded the organization, established its headquarters in Metropolitan New York City, implemented a new commercial strategy, and is in the process of building a new content initiative. In his first team acquisition as Dignitas CEO, Prindiville spearheaded the signing of the World’s No. 1 ranked Rocket League team just months prior to their winning the Rocket League Season 5 World Championship. Dignitas currently fields world-class teams in Rocket League, Counter Strike: Global Offensive (Women’s), Clash Royale, Smite and Super Smash Brothers Melee.
